Okay guys if you have parents who put family settings on your xbox, here is a quick solution. This goes to if you hack an account also. I have went through the same thing when I hacked an account with a CC and the family controls are on. Here is the tutorial on how to take it off.
Step 1. Go to the xbox dashboard or press the Xbox guide button.
Step 2. Go to system settings.
Step 3. Go to console settings.
Step 4. Go to System Info.
Step 5. While in the system info page use the following buttton code:
Left trigger--Right trigger-X--Y--Right bumper--Left bumper--Left D pad
--Up D pad--Right D pad--X .
Step 6. Click "Yes, reset settings." This resets your xbox to factory settings taking out parental controls!
While doing this you DO NOT lose any games or data on your xbox.
